We’re happy to announce a new one-time Mentorship Program for dance artists living or working in Toronto!

This is an exciting opportunity for artists to cultivate their practice and explore interdisciplinary approaches to art making. Funded by the Government of Canada, The Performing Arts Workers Resilience Fund.

Description

This one-time program supports Toronto-based dance artists who want to develop their interdisciplinary practice through short-term one-on-one mentorship. The focus of this professional development program is to initiate new connections and to provide an opportunity for creative research and exchange between artists working in the performing arts sector. Participants can expand their learning through a combination of self-directed activities including research, creative exploration, and dialogue with their mentors. Applicants can choose to work with an artist in any discipline within the performing arts, including dance, theatre, film, lighting, set and costume design.
